Introduction

This kind of conveyor can be divided into two types: unpowered and powered according to whether the rollers have a driving device or not.
Power roller conveyor
Often used for horizontal or upward slightly inclined transmission lines. The driving device transmits power to the roller to rotate it, and conveys the article through the friction between the surface of the roller and the surface of the conveyed article. According to the drive mode, there are individual drives and group drives. In the former, each roller is equipped with a separate drive for easy disassembly. The latter is a group of several rollers, driven by a driving device to reduce the cost of equipment. The transmission modes of group drive include gear drive, chain drive and belt drive. Power roller conveyors are generally driven by AC motors, and can also be driven by two-speed motors and hydraulic motors as needed.
Structure type
According to the driving mode, it can be divided into power drum line and non-power drum line, and according to the layout form, it can be divided into horizontal conveying drum line, inclined conveying drum line and turning drum line. The in-line width of the standard gauge drum is 200, 300, 400, 500, 1200mm, etc. The standard turning inner radius of the turning drum line is 600, 900, 1200mm, etc. The diameters of the rollers used for the straight rollers are 38, 50, 60, 76, 89mm, etc.
Scope of application
The roller conveyor is suitable for conveying all kinds of boxes, bags, pallets, etc. Bulk materials, small items or irregular items need to be transported on pallets or in turnover boxes. Able to transport a single piece of heavy material, or withstand large shock loads
