Asphalt cold patching material has the characteristics of poor fluidity and high viscosity, so it is difficult for traditional packaging machines to be competent for high-speed and high-precision filling in the filling process of packaging bags. This paper introduces a kind of filling equipment specially developed for this industry. This equipment breaks the traditional fixed thinking of quantitative filling machine, adopts a fixed volume metering bucket to take materials, and adopts a forced material taking method in the material taking process, which satisfies the material characteristics of viscosity and poor flow.
The speed of traditional tonnage bag packaging machine is generally less than 60 tons/hour, and the specification is 500-1000 kilograms. In recent years, we have organized scientific research, led by the leading figures in tonnage bag packaging machine industry, and finally made a breakthrough, achieving the fastest packaging speed in the industry of 150 tons/hour. Moreover, after factory experiments and customer use, the product has stable and reliable performance and high packaging accuracy, which has been greatly affirmed by users.
The structure of our company’s tonnage bag packaging machine is the first of its kind in the same industry, which fills the gap of this kind of packaging machine in China.
